2c) Several cords at the TV station were seen accessible to children. 2d) plastic bags were seen accessible to children under the kitchen sink. 3g) the seats to the chairs outside were freying, with strings hanging off of them and creating holes in the seats. The screen door also has holes in it. 5a) An outlet in the playroom has a shutter cover over the outlet. It was seen stuck in the open position, no longer closing automatically.
